PUTTING
YOUR GARDEN TO BED
Does the sizzle
leave your garden just as the summer fades? The Hudson Library and
Historical Society will
present a program entitled “Fall Gardening” on Wednesday, September
2 at 7 p.m. program. Denise Ellsworth,
Agriculture and Natural Resources Educator for Ohio State Extension
Service, will discuss how to incorporate
plants into the landscape that come alive with changing colors,
blooming flowers and fall berries. Also covered
will be how to amend the soil, clean up this year’s plants, and put
the garden to bed.
This program is free and open to the public.
