Town-Neibel House

Town Neibel House

The Town-Neibel House 19 East Main Street, was built in 1836 for Dr. Israel Town in the Greek Revival style. In 1877, the Niebel family remodeled the house, adding the decorative wood trim seen today. The original building’s north wing was  moved to Church Street adjacent to the main building.
The south wing was removed and moved to Streetsboro Street,  where it is a separate home today
